Science-guided. Patient-centered. Built for complexity.
Medicine as it should be.
My philosophy
Modern medicine has extraordinary science. What it rarely has is time: time to hear the whole story and connect what a rushed system leaves scattered. If you're living with overwhelming fatigue, brain fog, or breathlessness that no one has fully explained, you know exactly what that feels like.
That's why this is a full primary care practice, not a single-condition clinic. Long COVID, ME/CFS, POTS, and dysautonomia affect every part of you, so your care is managed together by one physician who knows your whole picture, with the time and continuity you haven't been able to find elsewhere.
My recommendations are guided by evidence, not trends. I have spent more than a decade as an NIH-funded researcher, leading clinical trials. I know the difference between what the science actually shows and what is simply being claimed. I will always tell you what we know, what we do not know yet, and what is genuinely worth trying.
"Clarity. Compassion. Science you can trust."
Specialized Primary Care for Long COVID, POTS & Complex Fatigue.
"What I Treat"

01
Primary care: Preventive & Longevity Care:
Proactive health optimization focusing on early detection, risk mitigation, and evidence-based strategies designed to extend healthspan, enhance vitality, and prevent chronic disease before it starts.

02
Long COVID
Comprehensive evaluation of persistent respiratory and autonomic symptoms following COVID-19. I led OSU's Post-COVID Pulmonary Clinic and its convalescent plasma program.

03
Complex Breathlessness & Functional Dyspnea Program
For patients whose breathlessness defies easy explanation — multifactorial dyspnea, dysautonomia, POTS-related respiratory symptoms, and cases where standard workup has failed to find an answer.

04
POTS & Dysautonomia
Specialized evaluation and management for Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) and related autonomic disorders, focusing on the overlap between autonomic dysfunction, chronic fatigue, and unexplained breathlessness.

05
Critical Illness Recovery
Specialized follow-up for ICU survivors — ARDS recovery, ventilator weaning complications, post-ICU syndrome, and long-term pulmonary rehabilitation guidance grounded in frontline critical care expertise

Cardiopulmonary Exercise Test
CPET
The gold standard for unexplained dyspnea. Measures how your heart, lungs, and muscles respond to exertion simultaneously — revealing causes invisible on resting tests.
Echocardiogram
Cardiac ultrasound
Evaluates heart structure and function — essential for ruling out cardiac causes and detecting hidden heart failure.
What Tests Will I Order?
Targeted Lab Work
A curated panel selected for your specific presentation — a precise investigation targeting the most likely contributors to your symptoms.
Pulmonary Function Tests
Spirometry - Lung volumes - DLCO
Comprehensive assessment of lung mechanics, airway function, and gas transfer — interpreted in full clinical context, not in isolation.
Tilt Table Test
Autonomic testing • Via neurology referral
Critical for diagnosing POTS and dysautonomia. Often the missing test for dismissed patients — assesses autonomic response to positional changes.
6-Minute Walk Test
6MWT
A functional assessment of exercise tolerance and oxygen response — especially valuable for long COVID and post-viral breathlessness.
Advanced Imaging
CT chest • V/Q scan • Cardiac MRI
Ordered when clinically indicated — assessing lung parenchyma, ruling out pulmonary embolism, evaluating cardiac structure in complex cases.
