CPET
The gold standard for unexplained dyspnea. Measures how your heart, lungs, and muscles respond to exertion simultaneously — revealing causes invisible on resting tests.
Pulmonary Function Tests
Spirometry - Lung volumes - DLCO
Comprehensive assessment of lung mechanics, airway function, and gas transfer — interpreted in full clinical context, not in isolation.
6-Minute Walk Test

A functional assessment of exercise tolerance and oxygen response — especially valuable for long COVID andl post-viral breathlessness.

Autonomic testing • Via neurology referral
